At Richmond Hill Business Park, we continue to strive for greater energy efficiency and conservation. Regular energy audits and recommissioning projects enable the property management team to find new and existing efficiency measures, including opportunities to partner with tenants.

We strive to continually upgrade the spaces in which our tenants occupy by upgrading lighting to LED, upgrading washroom fixtures to low flow and window coverings to neutral sheer weave that help with heat and cooling loss.
